Easy DIY Fringe Party Backdrop Tutorial!
These are a great statement piece for your next party and so easy to make!
You'll need: *Plastic Table Cloths in different colors *Cutting Mat *Rotary Cutter *String
Cut 1 inch strips using rotary cutter
Try to use at least 3 colors to give your garland dimension.
Hang your string on the wall with command hooks. Loop each table cloth strip on string.
Add in smaller strips to the top or leave as is.
