Skinny Grapefruit Margarita

This super simple grapefruit margarita is the perfect cocktail for a hot day!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 oz Tequila of Choice (I like white tequila)
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice Add more if you'd like!
  • 1 cup Ice
  • splash Simple Syrup You can leave this out if you'd like
  • splash Grapefruit Sparkling Water no sugar added
  • 1 tsp Margarita Salt
  • 1 Lime Wedge

Equipment

  • Margarita Glass
  • Shot Glass
  • Cocktail Shaker

Method
 

  1. take lime wedge and wet rim of glass, dip glass in salt
  2. in a shaker with ice, add grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and splash of simple syrup
  3. shake well and pour in margarita glass
  4. top with sparkling water and enjoy!
