Healthy Peanut Butter No Bake Balls

These Skippy peanut butter energy bites are an easy and healthy snacks for toddlers and kids that are quick to make and ready in less than 15 minutes! Check out the easy recipe for these peanut butter balls.

Ingredients: – 1 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter – 3/4 cup Oats blended until fine – 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips – 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut (I used sweetened) – 1 tbl Honey – 1 tbl Maple Syrup – 2 tbl Ground Flaxseed – 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut blended until fine - for coating

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Step #1

Roll into 1 inch balls

Step #2

Coat in blended coconut

Step #3

Place on baking sheet and put in the refrigerator until chilled (about 2 hours)
