The East Valley offers an array of trails that cater to beginner or advanced hikers. When heading out on a hike in Arizona, you need to do a little planning ahead. Comfortable hiking shoes are a must, and I love these hikers from adidas. I The color is perfect for the Arizona desert terrain. They offer a BOOST midsole which helps to provide long-lasting cushioning so you can stay comfortable on your hike. I also love the mesh upper which helps provide a sock-like fit. The stretchy knit collar keeps dirt and debris from getting in.
You also want to make sure to wear light colors when hiking in Arizona to stay cool. Long sleeves are also great to help keep the sun off your skin. Make sure to pack a water bottle as well and a backpack to store all your hiking gear.
