  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 4 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Fresh Pear/Apple Cider
  • 2 oz Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange
  • Ice
  • Club Soda to Taste
  • 1 Pear for garnish

Equipment

  • Sharp Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Glass of Choice
  • Measuring Cup

Method
 

  1. Add Ice to a cup
  2. add Aperol, Prosecco, Cider, and Blood Orange Juice
  3. Top with Club Soda
  4. Add sliced pear for garnish
