Method
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together dry ingredients for muffin mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients and whisk. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Scoop mixture into 24 small muffin tin or 12 regular sized muffin tin. Bake for 5 minutes, then pull out of oven and add a small amount of crumble onto each muffin. Put back into oven for another 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Crumble
- Mix together dry ingredients and then add butter. Mix together with a fork until butter is slightly broken up.
