Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

The best raspberry frosting I’ve ever tasted.  The flavor was out of this world!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 2 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 3 oz fresh raspberries

Method
 

  1. Crush raspberries in a food processor, then use a sieve or strainer to strain 1/4 cup fresh raspberry juice.  
  2. Blend room temperature butter and raspberry juice together with a hand mixer in a medium mixing bowl. 
  3. Slowly blend powdered sugar with butter mixture and mix until creamy.
