I swear by my smoothies and try to have one each day! They are always packed with lots of nutrition and it's really easy to hide things in that my kids would otherwise not eat! The girls always want tastes of mine, so I try to make some for them too when I'm making mine. 15 Easy Kid Friendly Smoothies
My all time favorite protein to add into my smoothies is by Orgain. I pick mine up at Costco, but if you head to their website here you can also save money with my code, CHELSEE30 (30% off!). We love their Vanilla Superfoods the best, but their Chocolate is a close 2nd. For my personal favorite smoothie I blend 1 cup water, 1 cup ice, protein powder, and a huge handful of greens. I add in 1/2 cup of berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry), 1 cup milk of choice, 1 tsp of ashwaganda powder, and some fiber (acacia fiber is my favorite). We use our ninja bullet to blend them all up and it works great. To make it taste like a milkshake, I will sometimes add in 1/2 a frozen banana. Yum!
