Sheet pan dinner and easy go hand in hand! Have you ever made these before? One of my all time favorite meals to make is sheet pan fajitas. They're so darn easy and dinner is ready before you know it. You barely have to even think about it! Now that school is back in session or about to be, our evenings will be crazier than ever. What I love about sheet pan dinners is there isn't much clean up involved. For example with the fajitas, I line my baking sheet with foil so when I cook all the ingredients I just toss the foil when I'm done. The only real clean up work is what I used to chop the veggies and cut the protein. So darn easy! I also love that a lot of these can be made with items you might already have in your fridge. You can kind of throw them together at the last minute and it's a great way to use up veggies in your fridge.
