That means I can use it on my face, scalp, legs, arms, shoulders, or wherever else fits into my routine. It also comes with a travel case, which makes bringing it along on trips much more realistic than traveling with a large red light panel.

The device also includes optional 6-minute and 12-minute timer settings, which makes it really easy to work into a routine. For example, LUMEBOX's guidance for facial skincare uses RED mode at approximately six inches away.
Near-infrared light is more powerful at close distances, so it's especially important to follow the directions in the manual rather than assuming that closer and longer automatically means better. For me, consistency makes much more sense than trying to do extremely long sessions.
LUMEBOX includes protective eyewear with the device. The company recommends protecting your eyes with the included goggles whenever your eyes are within the beam window and advises users not to look directly at the LUMEBOX.
I always recommend following the instructions included with your device rather than copying how someone happens to be using red light therapy on social media.
