An organic cotton mattress cover that is waterproof and machine washable comes with your crib/toddler mattress purchase as well! Madison is newly potty trained, so this is something we definitely need. She stays dry pretty consistently over night, but has the occasional accident here and there. The mattress itself is reversible, so it can be flipped over as needed.
