I was never a big 'baby wearer' with McKinlee (although I owned 3 or 4 different carriers for her!). With Madison, I had to be as I was juggling a newborn and a 22 month old toddler. I unfortunately never found a comfortable carrier when Madi was a baby, so I pretty much gave up after she was a few months old. I'd occasionally wear her, but it was hit or miss. Now that Madi is over 1, I have been trying to hold on to her baby-ness even more! What better way to keep a baby a baby, then to wear them!
LILLEbaby was kind enough to send us this carrier to review, and we have been loving how versatile it is. I have to say Ryan is not really a fan of the color, but I don't really care. When I saw that they made their carrier in a gorgeous pink woven material, I just had to choose that one! We live in a neighborhood with lots of walking trails. There is even a small hike with a waterfall less than a mile from our house. The only real option when hiking with Madi is to wear her. We've loved using the LILLEbaby Complete for our family walks!

I wish we had this carrier when the girls were infants. You can absolutely use the complete carrier starting at birth. You don't need a separate infant insert which is so nice, especially with a summer baby. The complete carrier can be worn front-fetal, front-infant, front-outward, front-toddler, hip carry and back carry. I've never really worn Madi on my back, but this position was super comfortable and she seemed to enjoy it! You can wear a toddler in the Complete up to 45 pounds.
I've had low back pain for quite some time, and I love that the LILLEbaby Complete carrier comes with a really nice lumbar support. It helps reduce stress on my low back. Another feature that I love and really appreciate is the storage pocket. A carrier that we owned when Madi was a baby didn't have one! It was really frustrating not having a space to put your phone, keys, or a credit card. I love how versatile it is and how many different carrying options it gives you.
