Panda Craft for Kids - Fun and Easy Craft Idea

This post is sponsored by Sunbelt Bakery. All thoughts and opinions are our own.

I am always looking for fun and most importantly simple crafts for my girls to do! They are 5 and 7 and love their crafting time. I love sharing these with you and I hope they're helpful when thinking of ideas to entertain your kids without making too much of a mess. Today, we are sharing this craft in the form of a Panda in celebration of Sunbelt Bakery's newest limited edition flavor, Panda! The Chewy Granola Bar contains both chocolate and white chocolate chips and our girls absolutely love them! Check out this panda craft for kids below!

Simple and Fun Panda Craft for Kids

For this craft, we went with the Panda theme to celebrate Sunbelt Bakery's newest Chewy Granola Bar flavor but you could really make any animal you'd like! This involves a little bit of paint, some cutting of construction paper and glueing. It's best suited for kids over 5. My 5 year old needed help with cutting the shapes out, but my 7 year old was able to cut them herself.

Instructions

First, you'll pour some of the white paint onto a paint palette (or paper plate). Take your blue construction paper and have your child dip the back of their fork into the paint. They'll create a circle shape by painting on the paper. The fork helps the paint strokes look like fur! Then, have them cut out circle shapes for eyes out of the black and white construction paper. Next, have them cut out the ears, nose and mouth from the black construction paper. Once the paint is dry, they can glue all of these on to their panda face. Let dry and display!

Our girls had a lot of fun making these while enjoying their Limited Edition Panda Sunbelt Bakery Chewy Granola Bars! Of course we always must have a snack while we craft. We always reach for these because the girls love the bakery-fresh flavor. I love that they contain no preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup. They also have 8-grams of whole grain per serving. I need to stock up on the Panda flavor before it sells out because the girls loved it so much! They're perfect for packing in their lunchbox or for a snack while on the go!
