Getting outdoors is so good for the soul and we try to head out whenever possible. Our weather isn't always the best (it rains A LOT here), so we really try to take advantage of the dry days! The girls love riding their bikes, scooters, and especially their ride on cars around our neighborhood sidewalks. I never had a ride on car growing up, but I always dreamed of one. Finding a Disney Royal Horse and Carriage by Huffy under the Christmas tree would make any little girls dreams come true! Of course Ryan shrugged when he saw the box show up (because he always puts everything together), but this went together in four easy steps! I'm not kidding when I tell you it took less than 5 minutes to assemble. There was zero frustration which I know is important when choosing gifts. Have you ever stayed up until 2 AM assembling toys for your kiddos from Santa?!
I love that the Disney Royal Horse and Carriage is like having two gifts rolled into one. You don't have to choose between the horse or the carriage. The Royal Horse and Carriage is really easy to drive. McKinlee hopped in and had it mastered within a few minutes. It also glides really easily on our sidewalks. The horse rolls on wheels and I was honestly surprised at how easy it moved! The "horn" on the carriage plays Disney Princess music and sounds. I also love the roomy glove box compartment and the fact that there is a drink holder! It's great to have a spot to store snacks while on rides to the park. The horse also has a real mane and tail which the girls have fun brushing and styling.
The Disney Royal Horse and Carriage is sold at Walmart. You can find it in stores and online. The price is also super reasonable. It retails for $199.99. If you're looking for the star of the show Christmas gift, this one would be perfect for your imaginative little ones!
I am always concerned with storage space while getting larger gifts or outdoor toys. The Disney Royal Horse and Carriage stores fairly compactly. The horse folds up to save space.
