Dance season is back and we're SO beyond excited! Madison started her first class this week and she is a natural. McKinlee bumped up a level and had her first class today. I used to take tap, ballet, and jazz so my dance loving heart is so happy they also love dance! McKinlee took a dance class starting at 2.5 and she was too young, but 3 seems to be about the right age for Madi.
We sort of have a thing with buying lots of dance outfits and have found so many on a budget. A girl walked into our studio during Madi's first class and couldn't figure out where to buy ballet shoes. We have always gotten ours from Walmart, so she was pretty excited she could get some there! They tend to always have a lot of sizes in stock compared to other stores. We literally own 6 different size pairs of ballet shoes (saving some from McKinlee for Madi), so I love being able to get them at an inexpensive price. Today, I'm sharing some of our favorite dance outfits for girls on a budget!
I love that most of these can be mixed and matched between leotards and skirts. I also love a good one piece so we don't have to think about it. We like the velcro tap shoes since the girls both have to change from their ballet shoes to their tap shoes and we currently own 3 different sizes in number 5. I always have really good luck when purchasing girls dance outfits on Amazon and they've all held up really well. H&M also has really cute dance outfits which you might not have thought about!
