Children's Parties, Holiday's, Valentine's Day
We decided to throw our Valentine's party for the kids early. Let's be honest. January is lame and and I needed an excuse to celebrate! I put together a heart shaped pizza Valentine's Day party and the kids had a blast! We used pre-made pizza crust and cut out heart shapes with a cookie cutter. They were the perfect size for the little ones. I put together toppings in cups and let the kids put their toppings on. Is it just us, or do your kids eat more when they help make the meal?
Our toppings were the sauce (duh), cheese, pepperoni and black olives. You could add a lot more in but since we were mainly dealing with toddlers, I kept it simple. Heart shaped pizza's would even be fun for adults if you got a larger heart shaped cookie cutter! Grab dough from the grocery store and make your own pizzas but I figured the pre-cooked version was a lot easier. I also put together some Valentine's Day snack mix (muddy buddies, pretzels, popcorn, and m&m's) which the kids loved. Set out some applesauce and juice boxes and you're good to go!

This was such a fun play date for the kids! You can add in a fun craft as well or put on a movie and let the kids enjoy their pizza! I barely took any photos of the kids because we were so busy making pizzas. Make sure to check out another fun Valentine's Day party I put together two years ago here. Thanks so much for reading!

This is amazing!!
Hi, this is so amazing idea! For sure kids and kids at heart will enjoy this so much! Will you recommend more funky and fun Valentine's day foods in the future? I hope you do! Thanks for sharing this once again!
Hey Chelsea, This looks amazing, I love the concept seriously, but do you think that making food like into their favorite toys would help? Thanks!
