Easy DIY, Home Decor, Saint Patrick's Day
I have the EASIEST Saint Patricks Day decor idea for you! These clover cut outs are a nod to the Halloween wall bat decor that we all know and love. I thought it would be super fun to re-create the look for Saint Patricks Day using my Cricut Joy. The app is super helpful and has so many fun shapes to choose from for paper crafts. The Cricut Joy is new to me, and I have to say I am hooked! Keep reading for a no-brainer decor diy using my Cricut Joy!
To create this look, I used the Cricut Joy app on my phone. I searched for clover shapes and found one I liked. Then, I used that along with green paper to create various sized clovers. My Cricut Joy did all the work for me. All I had to do was tape them on the wall! It really couldn't have been easier!
To make these clovers, you'll simply put your paper on your mat and feed it into the Circut Joy. The machine really does do all the work. You'll just need to peel the paper off the mat. That's it!
The Cricut Joy can do so many different things from making custom cards, to creating labels and vinyl cut outs. So far, I have made labels for our pantry, these paper clovers, and some vinyl decals. I can't wait to continue creating with it.
I love that it is so compact and can be easily moved from room to room. The app is also really helpful as it has tutorials right there. I signed up for their membership which is just $9.99 a month. This gives you access to tons of designs, cut outs and fonts.
I have to be honest, I was a little hesitant to try out Cricut products because I thought they would be too difficult. The Cricut Joy is the perfect tool to get you started. I may venture on to larger Cricut machines after this now that I feel comfortable using it.
