I love that all of these pieces can easily transition from Summer to Fall and even into Winter. These are all great basics with a pop of print/color. Finding the right back pack is super important for your little one and it should last them all year. We typically get the clear J.Crew backpack but it doesn't look like they have it this year. I'll link some favorites for you below. I also have another post with backpacks from Walmart here!
