We loved our Halloween mantel decor last year, but I decided to switch things up a bit this year! There have been some amazing Halloween mantel decor ideas popping up all over Instagram and Pinterest too. I'll share details for ours below as well as some favorite mantels I've rounded up from social media!
Check out our Halloween mantel decor for 2023! I used some of the same but added in a few new pieces, like these hanging candles. I love how it looks at night especially.
It's just the perfect amount of creepiness as they sway and float in the air when the heat kicks on! If you just want to use regular battery powered candles, you can use clear sewing thread and push pins to hang them. Just tie a few times around the top of the battery powered candles and tie around a push pin and secure to your ceiling. So easy!
I decided to use the same black glitter butterflies this year too. I just love them! The ghost blanket is a Home Goods find and they sold out quick!

I decided to go with a black, white and gold theme this year. I grabbed these glitter butterflies from Home Goods and I love how they look. Last year, we did spiders and of course we've done the bat trend. I wanted something a little different this year! Grab similar butterfly decals here.
I grabbed the black netting from Fred Meyer (so I can't link it here) but you're local Kroger store should have some in the Halloween decor section! The gold skull and cat were a fun addition this year. Plus, they are only $5!
