It's no secret that pink is a favorite color in our home! Our girls can't get enough, and when I heard there is a National Pink Day, you know we had to throw a celebration! For our party, I put together one of my balloon garlands. You can visit my balloon garland blog post here for a step-by-step tutorial. I promise they are easier to make than they look! They really make any party pop! I put up a fun iridescent tassel, an iridescent table cloth, and all the pink tableware. We invited our best friend Elle over to celebrate. The girls had a blast as usual! After our party, we headed to our neighborhood pool to cool off even more. We've been having the hottest start to the Summer here in Oregon, and I'm not complaining one bit! Menchie's is the perfect way to cool off too!
We recently had a pop up in our neighborhood, and we couldn't be more excited! is such a fun activity for the girls, and they love picking out their own flavors and toppings. Right now at not only do they have Peppa Pig character cakes, but they also have a special flavor dedicated to Peppa Pig. Cotton Candy in the perfect pink color. We recently visited and the girls loved the new Peppa Pig Cotton Candy flavor. They even had fun limited-edition yogurt cups with Peppa and friends on them. It really is one of our favorite ways to end a Summer evening! We can even walk there which is really nice.
