New year, new you?! Do you set New Year's resolutions? I don't really love them, but something I started working on at the end of last year is keeping up on my vitamins and supplements. In the past, I've grabbed whatever I thought I needed and took them mindlessly. Not really sure if they were working or if I even needed them. Then, about a month later I would forget to take them, and the rest is history. You might remember my post about two months ago detailing the start of my journey in personalized vitamins and supplements. My Recommended Vitamins and Supplements

Some of the vitamins and supplements that were recommended to me were Rhodiola, a well-known adaptogen and Burn 60 which helps boost metabolism.  L-Theanine which helps with relaxation (hello mom of 2 toddlers!) and Co-Q10 which helps support heart health. These are just a few that were recommended to me.

Convenience

The other thing I love about my GNC4U vitamins and supplements is the convenience factor! They are prepackaged and separated by day and night. It really couldn't be easier. I keep them in my bathroom so I can take them after brushing my teeth. The fact that they are pre-packaged helps a lot in making sure I take my dose. GNC4U sends a 30 day supply and auto-ships them so that you don't run out.
