I wanted to share our quick Easter breakfast ideas for kids with you even though Easter is over! This was a last minute idea that I threw together the night before Easter. It was super simple and took us all of 15 minutes to make. The girls got a total kick out of the Easter bunny pancakes, so I think I'll make this a yearly tradition!
We had these amazing Spring plates, cups, napkins, and straws from Ellie and Piper Co along with the adorable pastel tassels. Make sure to check out our elf arrival breakfast with Ellie and Piper Co here!
Did you all have a good Easter? We ended up going a very non traditional route with burgers, potato salad, and strawberry shortcake. Super simple but totally hit the spot. It has me ready for summer!
We made bunny pancakes for the girls using Kodiak Cake Mix and some red food coloring to make them pink. Ryan made ears and feet and we used whipped cream for the tail and banana slices for the paws. I mean, you really can't get any easier than that! The girls have been on a strawberry kick lately, so we laid out a bowl of cut up strawberries for them along with some OJ.

Make sure to check out our DIY tutorial on these IKEA chair covers we did last Summer! It was so easy and they've held up so well!
