We are just about ready to transition from summer to fall! I needed a few transitional fall dresses, so I started on the hunt and am so excited to share what I found! I placed an order at Old Navy and was only planning on keeping 1 dress and found 3 that I can't live without.

When I think of a transitional piece, it's something you can wear now that also works into the next season. With August being super hot, most of these dresses work right now with sandals. When September/October hits, throw on a jean jacket, booties, a felt hat and possibly a scarf and you're good to go!
