National Rosé Day is one of my favorite holidays! Ok, not really but I do love me some rosé! National Rosé Day takes place on the 2nd Saturday of June. We are celebrating with a few girlfriends and everyone is bringing their favorite rosé and I'll be bringing a rosé cocktail.
I have a few favorite rosé's and I've narrowed it down to four. My all time favorite is the Rosé Bubbles by Underwood Wine (bonus; it comes in a can!) followed by Brut Rosé by Argyle. Sparkling rosé is my jam! Another favorite is Whispering Angel Rosé. They make the rosé pictured below called The Palm. I'm a sucker for a cute label! Yes Way Rosé is another favorite.
I also love creating rosé cocktails with my favorite wine. You really can't go wrong with a rosé cocktail in the Summer! Grapefruit goes really well with rosé, and I created a really simple cocktail you can serve while celebrating National Rosé Day this year!

Nothing screams Summer like a rosé cocktail. This one is super simple to make and has just a few ingredients. I took rosé, mixed it with vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, club soda, and a dash of bitters to give it that something extra. It's sort of like a wine spritzer with a little extra kick.
