This time last year, I was prepping for a fun waffle bar party for Valentine's Day. This year, I'll be celebrating with a fun brunch at home with a few close girlfriends. I realized I never ended up sharing this party here on the blog. I had such a fun time throwing this Valentine's day brunch party, I wanted to share all the details with you!

If you've been around here much, you know I love a good grazing tray. Brunch is also a fave around our home, so I knew I had to create a fun brunch grazing tray for our Valentine's Day party. This would make such a fun brunch meal for any occasion. There is something for everyone which is why I love serving grazing trays. What Will You Need for Your Waffle Bar?

If your brunch grayzing tray is Valentine's themed, then you definitely need a heart shaped waffle maker! Grab one here for less than $10! These do tend to constantly sell out, so try here or here if the other options are sold out.

I LOVE this wooden tray for serving my grazing trays on. It has raised edges so all your items will stay put. I've had it for over a year and it's held up great. This tray is currently in stock too!

Items I like to add to my brunch grazing trays are waffles (or you can do mini pancakes!), bacon, small bowls with syrup, whipped cream and berries. I also like to add in other fruits such as citrus fruits, bananas, and bacon of course!

How to Assemble Your Waffle Bar Grazing Tray

Step 1 - you'll want to make all your waffles. This is the tough part because you don't want them to be cold, but guests may need to heat them up as they go.

Step 2 - lay out small bowls on the tray. This is for items such as syrup, whipped cream, and berries.

Step 3 - layer in other breakfast items such as grapefruit, bacon, bananas, strawberries, etc. There really aren't any rules here! Just keep adding until your tray is full!

Add in a bar cart with all of the mimosa fixings and your brunch will be set!
