I am thoroughly obsessed with anything grapefruit! These skinny grapefruit margaritas hit the spot! They're the perfect drink for Spring/Summer. Light, fruity and sparkling. What could be better?! They are also low in calories and the only sugar is a tiny splash of simple syrup (you can totally leave it out though) and the grapefruit juice. You HAVE to use fresh squeezed or they're just not the same. Here is the super simple cocktail recipe you'll want to make again and again!

splashGrapefruit Sparkling Water no sugar added
1tspMargarita Salt
1Lime Wedge
Equipment
Margarita Glass
Shot Glass
Cocktail Shaker
Method
take lime wedge and wet rim of glass, dip glass in salt
in a shaker with ice, add grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and splash of simple syrup
shake well and pour in margarita glass
top with sparkling water and enjoy!
